Embracing the Journey
Greetings, I'm Deb Leach, and I'm here to guide you on a transformative journey towards your fullest potential. As an Ontological Mindfulness Ecological (OME) certified coach, accredited by Ideal Coaching Global (ICG), an approved institution of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), I bring a wealth of experience and insight to our coaching relationship. Currently, I hold the esteemed Associate Coaching Credential (ACC) from the ICF, symbolizing a commitment to professional excellence and growth.
My journey, however, encompasses more than coaching credentials. I recently retired from a fulfilling career in education, marked by a Bachelor's in Elementary Education, a Master's in Reading, and specialized roles as a Reading Recovery™ Teacher Leader (RRTL), a Comprehensive Literacy Model™ District Coach (CLM), and a Comprehensive Intervention Model™ Coach (CIM). While these titles might appear as an alphabet soup, they collectively narrate a chapter of my life where I was entrenched in constant doing, seeking and striving. At times, frustration marked this path as I observed the years pass by, caught on the back side of life's bustling current. It's taken six decades to recognize that this chapter deserves a profound shift.

Who am I truly? I am Love. I am energy. I am change. I am a creator, continually molding and evolving. Today, I stand fulfilled and connected, living in harmony with my Soulful Self, attuned to the symphony of life. I have tapped into the flow that interweaves heaven on earth, and I am engulfed in adoration for the life I've cultivated.

My belief is simple yet profound: each of us is a magnificently designed divine being, brimming with the potential to embrace our Soulful Self, guided by inner wisdom and steeped in love for the lives we fashion. The universe, I trust, evolves to support humanity's growth. Life's beauty is unveiled as we shift our focus towards authenticity and heed our inner guidance. In this alignment, the universe orchestrates serendipitous encounters, paving the way for compassionate creation and heartfelt manifestation.

As an ICF Professional, in accordance with the Standards of the ICF Code of Ethics, I acknowledge and agree to fulfill my ethical and legal obligations to my coaching Client(s), Sponsor(s), colleagues and to the public at large.
If I breach any part of the ICF Code of Ethics, I agree that ICF in its sole discretion may hold me accountable for so doing. I further agree that my accountability to ICF for any breach may include sanctions, such as mandatory additional coach training or other education, or loss of my ICF Membership and / or my ICF Credential.
